Life has been busy! I love being a wife, a mom and having a full time career and a photography business on the side. It's hard work but it is so worth it! My life is full, full of goodness!
Mike is starting to get into the swing of fishing and loving it of course! SOOOON I will post some fish pictures.
The girls are getting so big. Kyrsten will be four years old at the end of this month. Wow! Where did that time go?
Alexandria is 14 months old and is growing leaps and bounds!!
The girls love each other. Kyrsten said to me the other day "Mommy, I love playing with sister!" Warms my heart!! They love to run back and forth in the hall way chasing after each other or a balloon or anything that would be remotely fun to chase or throw.
They both will also sit and enjoy a little tea party with each other (one day I will capture it on camera, of course). Alexandria likes to take on the utensils and Kyrsten likes to take them back and put them where they belong on the table. It's funny to watch.
Kyrsten is totally into my little pony and pretty much has to have a skirt on everyday. She's getting more and more independent (which drives me nuts, that control freak in me screams).
Alexandria is so sweet and is talking more and more everyday. She still only has two whole teeth and one on top trying to come through the last two weeks. She loves her stuffed duck and teddy bear. She has to sleep with at least one of them every night. It is soooo cute!
Pictures below are from the beginning of this week when we went out for a picnic in the park for dinner. It was crazy and fun!

She loves to dance!
This girl is so cute! She asks every time we go up to the playroom if we can play music so she can dance.
Tonight I was playing around with my lighting and she says "Mommy can you take pictures of me dancing?" Are you kidding me?! Yes of course! So fun!

Just a typical weekend day
The girls all messy and not put together. Snot everywhere and food all over their faces and unkept hair. They don't care. All they care about is having fun and playing with mommy and daddy!
These are the moments you live for, they life for. The days they look forward to and the days you look forward to. Oh how of love it!

Alexandria's Birthday Celebration
It was so fun to decorate for Alexandria's 1st Birthday party. I went with a "Winter Onederland" theme. I didn't go all out but I did just enough that you got the idea. We just had finger food and cake and ice cream. Yum!
It was so nice to see some of our friends and family. Some we hadn't seen in a very long time (which was a pleasant surprise) and some that we just seen (which is always a good time)!
Alexandria at first didn't know what to think of everyone and everything that was going on. She was pretty quite for the first half of the party. But livened up after the she had some cake.
She didn't dive right into the cake which is SO her personality. She likes to check things out first to make sure they are ok before going all in. An observer. Once she is ok with it she loves getting her hands dirty. I think she will be the type to get in the mud and just LOVE it! Tomboy on our hands possibly. She did a great job eating her cake. I thought for sure though that I would see her go face forward into it, oh well.
We had a great time none the less. Thank you to all that came out to celebrate our little one year old!
